The Muslim Lecturers Association (MLA) is a registered organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria and an umbrella Association for all Muslim Lecturers in Nigeria, including those intending to become lecturers in the near or remote future. It is open to all Muslims who currently are lecturers, male or female.

Our Objectives

To organize employed and intending Muslim lecturers for higher institutions education services of teaching, research and community development in Nigeria.
To establish and maintain culture, custom, morals and civility of Islam in professional performance and practice of Muslim lecturers.
To promote and sustain commitment to service of and just and proper conditions of service for members.
To advance capacity development, education and training of members for first class service delivery to education of stakeholders and future generation.
